2 lb chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp no salt added lemon pepper seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ cup lemon juice
Garlic Parmesan Butter
6 Tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup parmesan, grated
2 tsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Pound your chicken breast’s so that they are an even thickness throughout. Place in a ziplock bag with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Marinate chicken for 2-8 hours. Grill the chicken, sprinkling with salt while it cooks, until the internal temperature reaches 160. Remove from grill, cover with foil, and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until garlic is fragrant. Set aside to cool. While the chicken is resting add the Parmesan, lemon juice, and parsley. Slice the chicken and spoon the butter sauce over the top. Enjoy!
