Peach and Plum Crisp

6 ripe peaches
6 ripe plums
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup chambord
Crumble Recipe:
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 pound (2 sticks) cold butter
Preheat oven to 350. Slice the plums and peaches. Toss the fruit with the sugars and chambord. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. For the topping, combie the flour, sugars, oatmeal and butter. Use a pastry cutter to cut butter into small pieces and combine with the other ingredients. Scatter evenly over the fruit mixture. Bake the crisp for 45-50 minutes, until the fruit is bubbling and the top is brown. Serve warm or at room remperature with ice cream.
