Chipotle Salsa

I got this recipe from What's Gabby Cooking and substituted the yellow onion for green onion
1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes 14 oz
2 stalks green onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 jalapeno, without the seeds
2 chipotle peppers in adobo plus 1 tsp of the adobo sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup cilantro
1 lime juiced
Combine all ingredients in the food processor or high powered blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Add more chipotle peppers if you like it extra spicy. Remove from food processor or blender and refrigerate.
