Lemony Harvest Grains

1 3/4 cup water or chicken stock
1 1/4 cup harvest grains
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Pour the water into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the harvest grains, butter, and salt. Turn heat to low, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the water is evaporated and the grains are tender. Once cooked, add in the lemon zest and juice. Toss together and serve alongside your favorite protein and or veggies for a delicious and simple grain bowl.
