Pumpkin Brioche French Toast

1 loaf Trader Joes Pumpkin Brioche Twist
1 cup whole milk
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
zest of 1/2 an orange
pinch of salt
powdered sugar
maple syrup
Orange Honey Butter
4 tbsp butter, softened
zest of 1/2 orange
1 Tbsp honey
Whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, orange zest, and salt. Heat a skillet over medium/low heat and melt a thin layer of butter. Dip both sides of the bread in the milk mixture and place on the skillet. Once the first side is golden brown, flip. Rub with a tin layer of honey orange butter. Once the second side is golden brown, flip one more time and rub the second side with a thin layer of honey orange butter. Remove to a plate and dust with powdered sugar. Pour over warmed maple syrup. Yum!!
Honey Butter
In a small bowl mix together the softened better, orange zest, and honey.
